One price for the whole week

Accommodation, meals, the lift pass and supervision are all in the weekly price. Extras are optional.

Included in the price

Six nights in the wooden cabins by the lake.
Full board, cooked by our own kitchen team.
Lift pass for Lift 1 and Lift 2 from Monday to Friday, during the cable park's public sessions.
Helmet and life jacket for riding on the water, where both are compulsory. You can add a wakeboard and a wetsuit.
Supervision by our team: supervisors sleep in the room next door, with one supervisor for every six to eight children.
Dedicated coaches at the water who support every child at their own level.
A barbecue at 7 pm on arrival day to get to know each other.

A free extra service, not part of the price: collection from Rieste station.

Payment & cancellation

Confirmation first, invoice second

You pay nothing when you register. This is what happens after you send the form:

You receive an acknowledgement by email straight away.

Booking confirmation
This makes the place a firm booking. The invoice follows by email.

Bank transfer
You pay the invoice by bank transfer no later than 3 months before camp starts; if you register later, within 7 days of receiving the invoice. There is no deposit.

If you cancel

The closer to the start of camp, the larger the share of the price that is due if you cancel.

Less than 14 days before the start, and if your child does not attend

If you cancel less than 14 days before camp starts, nothing is refunded. We will then look with you at whether the booking can move to another camp week or someone else can take the place.

Also worth knowing

If a child leaves early, the camp price is not refunded. This also applies if a child is sent home for a serious breach of the rules; the journey home is then at the parents' expense.
Costs that arise during camp, such as medicine if a child falls ill or equipment that was not booked, are invoiced after camp.

Good to know

About the camp weeks

WuW Camp runs in camp weeks in July and August at the StrandArena on Lake Alfsee, each from Sunday to Saturday, for 10- to 17-year-olds. Registration is online. There is no closing date as long as a week has places left.

Arrival and departure

Camp starts on Sunday at 4 pm, and you can drop your child off from then. Pick-up is on Saturday by noon. The address: StrandArena, Zum Badesee 1, 49597 Rieste, Germany.

Two weeks back to back

Children booked for two consecutive weeks also stay at camp on the night from Saturday to Sunday. That night appears as the bridge day in the breakdown and is added automatically.

Registering at short notice

As long as a week has places left, you can still register your child shortly before it starts.

Age

The camp is for 10- to 17-year-olds. Younger children and 18-year-olds with previous experience can join after a conversation with us, which takes place before the booking confirmation.

Quick questions

What happens if my week is fully booked?: Join the waiting list for that week. If a place becomes available, we will get in touch.
Do I pay anything when I register?: No. After you send the form you get an acknowledgement, and we get back to you within 48 hours. The invoice follows the booking confirmation and is paid by bank transfer.
