Consent
1. Taking part
We agree that our child takes part in WuW Camp at the StrandArena on Lake Alfsee, including wakeboarding, water-skiing, kneeboarding and monoskiing at the cable park, the visit to the aqua park and the sport and leisure programme.
2. Swimming ability
Our child is a confident swimmer, at least at the level of the German bronze swimming badge.

3. Health and medication
Our child is healthy and fit for sporting activity. We have entered any health issues and medication here. The supervisors may keep medication brought along and hand it out as stated.

4. Emergencies
In an emergency the supervisors may call for medical help and have our child taken to a doctor or hospital. We will be informed immediately. If we cannot be reached, we agree to the measures a doctor considers urgently necessary. Costs, for example for medication the supervisors buy for our child if they fall ill, will be invoiced to us after camp.
5. Free time on the grounds
After agreeing it with the supervisors, our child may spend time on the StrandArena grounds without direct supervision in small groups of at least three children.

6. Swimming in the lake
Outside training times our child may swim at the Lake Alfsee swimming beach if the supervisors allow it.

7. Travelling by train
Our child travels to or from camp by train on their own. We arrange the pick-up at Rieste station with the camp in advance.

8. Rules and journey home
Our child follows the camp rules and the supervisors' instructions. In the event of serious misconduct, for example alcohol, drugs, violence or leaving the grounds without permission, they may be sent home after speaking to us. We arrange and pay for collection or the journey home; the camp price is not refunded in that case.
9. Valuables
Our child keeps their phone, money and valuables themselves. The camp does not look after them.
Data protection
Only our supervisors use the details on this form, including those about health and medication, to look after your child at camp. By signing, you consent to the health details being processed (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by email to kontakt@wuw-camp.de. We destroy this form no later than 30 days after the end of the camp week. More information: wasserski-camp.de/en/datenschutz
